SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE; CLASS ACTION/JURY WAIVER
You agree that any claim or dispute relating to the BOSU Site or your use or reliance on this Site shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and you irrevocably consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local, state, or federal courts located in or for Ashland County, Ohio for any action related to these Terms of Service or the use of this Site.
We recognize that it is possible for you to obtain access to this Site from any jurisdiction in the world, but we have no practical ability to prevent such access.
